Online or Phone Therapy

Whether we are working face to face or online, our sessions are confidential, without judgement, and in line with the ACA code of ethics.
What is Online|Phone Therapy?
Online therapy is in principle the same as face to face therapy, except it takes place online using platforms such as Skype, Zoom, or Google Hangouts. All the same principles of therapy apply, but we work together in a virtual way instead of in person.
Phone therapy is the same in principle, with sessions taking place over the phone, without the video element.

How Does it Work?
All you need for online sessions is access to the internet through a digital device. I will explain to you how this works and connect to you at the agreed session time.

For phone sessions, I will call you at the agreed time. Phone sessions can be good if you want to get outside and walk during your session, so you benefit by getting some movement and fresh
air.
Wherever sessions take place, in person or virtually, all sessions are private, confidential, without judgement, and in line with the ACA code of ethics.

Who is it For?
Getting to a session in person can sometimes be difficult, or not something you want to do. You may think that this means you cannot take part in therapy, but this isn’t the case. Everyone should have access to therapy, regardless of their situation or preferences.
